General Instructions
We only accept artwork in PDF for all print and signage requirements. Artwork must be generated with following specifications:
-
All photos and images need to be 300dpi (300 dots per inch).
-
Avoid using JPEG compression. Use ZIP or no compression for best results.
-
All colours must be in CMYK (no PMS, RGB, LAB etc.)
-
Please ensure that you do not save your PDF with ICC profiles embedded.
-
All fonts MUST be converted to outlines (embedded).
-
Please include crop marks if your art board is larger than the finished size with bleed.
-
The bleed requirements depend on the product, so please consult our provided templates. If there are no templates for your job requirements feel free to contact us direct.
For some general promotional products we can accept files in JPEG format at 300dpi. Please contact us for further advice in regards to this.
Company Logos & Files
When supplying company files we prefer all files supplied as either PDF or EPS as vector format. If you have only JPEG format the minimum requirement is 300dpi. These formats allow us to print at the highest possible quality for you. If you have any questions in regards to the quality of your files, contact us direct to discuss.
